Economike II. Universal flour mix 900g

Gluten-free flour mix based on potato starch.

For making breads and pastries that are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, yeast-free.

Ingredients: gluten-free blend (corn starch, corn flour, potato starch, rice flour, millet flour), brown cane sugar, Himalayan salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum.

BASIC BREAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

-500 g bread flour mix

-3 g powdered yeast

-620 g lukewarm water

-15 g cooking oil

Preparation:

Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, then pour the dry mixture over the liquid. Process with the whisking arm of a food processor on medium speed until lump-free. Use a mixer with a handheld mixer and blend with the mixing bowl until smooth. Pour into a 1.5 litre loaf pan lined with baking paper, flour it thinly, cover, and bake in a 50°C oven for 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 60 minutes, baking top and bottom. Wait until completely cool, then slice to taste.

Allergen information: the product is made in a plant that also processes nuts. May contain traces of mustard and sesame seeds.
