This is The Beginnings's champion cookie! Made from Latvian superfood berries — the blackcurrants. It's been around for a decade now, well known locally and abroad for its unique sweet and sour flavor. Our original recipe from back in the day ;)

It's a no-nonsense cookie as well, with 30% berries in it. Yes, only whole foods, lots of them! Blackcurrants are underscored by apples, crunchy coconut flakes, and a touch of agave to ensure the sweet and sour balance is just right.
