Gluten-free flour mix for homemade bread of sorghum
Ingredients: white sorghum flour (54%), tapioca starch, psyllium husk flour, golden flaxseed flour
From this pack, you can make 4 loaves of bread (450–500 g each) based on the provided recipe.
Preparation suggestion:
Homemade sorghum bread
Ingredients:
- 250 g Bake-Free Homemade Sorghum Bread flour mix
- 4 g Himalayan salt
- 260 g lukewarm water (minimum 37°C)
- 1 sachet dry yeast (7 g)
Mix the ingredients together, then knead the dough thoroughly and let it rest for 15 minutes. Shape it into a long loaf, then let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Make 3–5 deep cuts on the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C on a tray lined with silicone baking paper for 70 minutes using top and bottom heat. Let it cool on a rack, then slice as desired. Season to taste.
