Wheat- and gluten-free pasta made from buckwheat and millet flour.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Gluten-free and can be used in various dietary regimens. Mill & Folks buckwheat pasta is made in our pasta factory according to our own recipe. It retains its texture and shape even after cooking.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free.
Ingredients: buckwheat flour (57%), millet flour, drinking water, psyllium husk powder
Preparation suggestion: Cook in boiling water on low heat for 3-4 minutes. When done, drain and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Serve to taste. Enjoy your meal!
